1. Titanium's subsidiary's real estate was placed under a rotation seizure, leading to the shutdown of half its titanium dioxide production capacity
On January 19, 2026, the stock price of Gpro Titanium Industry Co.,Ltd. (Stock Abbreviation: Jinpu Titanium; Stock Code: 000545.SZ) plummeted by 7.89%. The news came as two properties of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xuzhou Titanium White Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xuzhou Titanium White), were subject to sequential seizure with a sealing period of three years.
2. On January 16, 2026, Tronox announced that following a review of our global asset footprint,we intend to permanently close our TiO2 pigment facility in Fuzhou, China. This site is currentlyin an extended, planned shutdown which began on October 1, 2025. The company does notintend to restart the site.
